Quilts
Jaipuri "razai" are quilts characterized by their feather-weight lightness and warmth. They are made of hand blockprinted cotton voile fabric, filled with finely combed cotton and hand quilted in a close running stitch. A double razai contains 1500 grams of cotton. The
Barefoot College and its affiliates work with women in Radoli in Jaipur district, and Kishangarh and Harmara in Ajmer district of Rajasthan who make these quilts.
Please note that these items are produced from handprinted, handloomed cotton so there may be some variation in color and pattern.
